Signal Hill is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Signal Hill follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Tried this place today and we were pleasantly surprised. They make the boba in house. And it's good, not too sweet. I got a latte with Taro added and it was really good too. They make the taro in house as well. It's similar texture to red bean paste than to ube. No added food coloring and not overly sweet. They will add more sweetner if you want it sweeter. Nice polite staff. Chill atmosphere. Board games to play. Or quiet enough to study. The aesthetic is modern and relaxed. Highly recommend.

cute but oversugared; got the taro milk tea at half sweet and i'd say it was more full-sugar, i did appreciate that the taro flavour skewed more nutty and earthy over that artificial birthday cake stuff, though the drink was also milkier than i had hoped.. the brownie was also pretty nice, rich-soft but a tad too crumbly; they've got solid quality, just nothing that'd blow your socks off π€·ββοΈ
